CONTRACT DATED Sept. 8, 1978 SHALL BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACTOR'S
PROPOSAL OF Jan_29L 1979 AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT.
1 . Revise well system in accordance with requirements
of D.N.R. and State of Wisconsin Department of Health
as follows:
A. Insulate around well casing to 5 ' -0" depth
B. Install Morrison freeze proof well head
C. Move water meter to inside building
D. Delete heat tapes on well head

Gentlemen:
We have incorporated the following changes to the
well system:
1) Insulate to 5 foot depth around well casing
2) Install Morrison well head
j) Move meter to inside of building
4) Delete heat tapes
The result of the above changes will be an increase
of 3608. 50 resulting in a contract price of $27,193.50
