HomeMy WebLinkAbout28. 14-90 FEBRUARY 25, 2014 14-90 RESOLUTION (CARRIED____6-0____LOST________LAID OVER________WITHDRAWN________) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / CENTRAL WISCONSIN AUTO COLLECTORS / UTILIZE SOUTH PARK FOR THEIR CENTRAL WISCONSIN AUTO COLLECTORS CAR SHOW & FLEA MARKET / JUNE 29, 2014 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Central Wisconsin Auto Collectors (Matt Westphal) to utilize South Park on Sunday, June 29, 2014, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for their Central Wisconsin Auto Collectors Car Show & Flea Market, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
