PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / GRAYBEARD PRODUCTIONS
INC / UTILIZE SOUTH PARK FOR THEIR THUNDER IN THE PARK
EVENT / MAY 31 & JUNE 1, 2014
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to Graybeard Productions Inc (Doug Kienast) to utilize
South Park, on Saturday, May 31, 2014, from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.; and, Sunday, June
1, 2014, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for their Thunder in the Park event, in accordance
with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following
exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
