HomeMy WebLinkAbout22. 14-84 FEBRUARY 25, 2014 14-84 RESOLUTION (CARRIED__6-0_____LOST________LAID OVER________WITHDRAWN________) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / TERRY’S BAR / UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK FOR THE TERRY’S BAR WALLEYE TOURNAMENT / MAY 17, 2014 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Terry’s Bar (Pat Purtell) to utilize Menominee Park, on Saturday, May 17, 2014, from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; for the Terry’s Bar Walleye Tournament, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
