While it was noted that the vehicle was no longer parked on the lawn,the following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted in the backyard: Item# 1 Code 17-36B&30-36a(2) Complies Yes Comply By 12/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces,except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. Unlicensed, non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies Yes Comply By 12/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. **Please remove the piles of branches and yard waste and the plastic garbage can in the back yard. Any wood that is to remain on the property must be stacked according to the Oshkosh Firewood Storage Code. Please contact me concerning this situation.** Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after Dec 9, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
