Item No. 1
Extend concrete encasement of the electrical primary entrance conduits an additional
7 '9" south of the north wall of the equipment access room. Encasement with
reinforcement should be the same as that shown for the conduit encasement in the
Low LIft Pipe Gallery.
Item No. 2
Provide 2" diameter galvanized forged eye bolts at each of the four corners on
both of the smaller roof hatches. Eye bolts are to be located as indicated
by the "tick" marks on the corners of the roof hatches in "roof plan 1" on
contract drawing A-2.
iLelu No. 3
Revise the 3 x 3 x 4 perimeter steel angle for the two small removeable roof
hatches from an overall width of 6'-6" to an overall width of 5'-2".
Item No. 4
A. Provide oversize hook lengths on all horizontal reinforcement members at
"T" intersectons @ all interior walls on the low service and high service
tanks. Hook lengths are to be increased from 10-inches to 17-inches
on #5 bars and from 12-inches to 18-inches on #6bars.
B. Provide additional reinforcemnt required due to increase in the size
of the sump pump chamber from 18" in diameter to 30" in diameter.

Provide additional labor for penetrating the north wall of the existing north
reservoir at the location of the new 30" diamter D.I. main. Wall thickness
found to be 40". As builts indicate a wall thickness of 18".
item No. 6
Provide 2" x 2" x 1/8" structural steel supports for the vertical portions
of the metal decking at the locations shown on the reviewed copies of the
metal decking shop drawings.
