Item# 1 Code 17-366&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 10/17/2013 IMMEDtATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces,except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. *"The vehicles being parked on the lot at 15 Stoney Beach Rd are in violation of this code. Please move them to a properly designated parking area. If you would like to explore possible alternative parking options,you may contact the City of Oshkosh Zoning Department at 236-5059."' Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after Oct 10,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
