Introduction A re-inspection of your property following additional complaints revealed the following uncorrected/newly found violations of
the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.
Item# 1 Code MUN 17-366 Complies No Comply By 08/11/2010 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. All junk,
debris and garbage in the yard and driveway shall be cieaned up and removed from the premises. !
Item# 2 Code MUN 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 08/11/2010 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shalf be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates. The red vehicle in the driveway shall have its registration renewed and be in
operable condition (no flat tires)or it shall be stored in the garage out of view.

Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Garage door shall be
repaired. Areas where paint is chipping/peeling shall be repaired by scraping and painting or covering with a weather resistant
materiaL

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/3/2010 :
