Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on 12/1/2011 to
determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted:

Descr�ption All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates. The red Ford Aspire parked on site has plates that expired in December 2008.
The vehicle cannot be parked in the driveway with expired registration. Either renew the registration, store the vehicle in the
garage or remove it from the premises.
Summarv Citations have been issued to both the property owner(Judy Burton)as weli as the vehicle owner(Nicholas Burton)for failure
to correct the violation. A court date for allowing continued code violations on your property has been scheduled for January
11, 2012 at 9:OOam, Rm. 194, 420 Jackson St. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at 236-5137 to verify
compliance or additional citations will be issued.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/30/2011
