Introduction At re-inspeciton fhe following uncorrected violations were found:
Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Response Comply By 08/16/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
Item# 2 Code 17-366 _ Complies No Comply By 08/16/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
`*Remove and dispose of the newspapers scattered around the front walk and yard,as well as all other debris and yard waste
around the property.*'

Item# 3 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By OS/16/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered,displaying
current license plates.
"'The van must be properly registered and displaying current plates and sticker by the compliance date or stored in the ,
garage,out of public view. Failure to correct this violation by the compliance date will result in an abatement order to have the
van towed off the property.**
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the
City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your
property tax bill. The Streets Department has been notified to cut your tall grass/weeds since you did not. You will be billed
accordingly for services provided. Also, a lawsuit will be filed to have the unlicensed vehicle towed from your property since
you have not removed it or renewed the license plate.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/16/2013

for correction following a complaint.

due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after August 16,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of
$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
