The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. The Streets Department has been notified to cut your tall grass/weeds since you did not. You will be billed accordingly for services provided. Also, a lawsuit will be filed to have the unlicensed vehicle towed from your property since you have not removed it or renewed the license plate.
