determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted:

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance
on public right-of-ways and shall be registered,displaying current license plates. "'At inspection a van was parked on site with :
expired plates. If the van is going to be parked outside it is required to display current plates. Renew the registration and
place the cuRent sticker on the license plate.

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. **Remove
any junk and debris from the yard.
Summarv A court date for allowing continued code violations on your property has been scheduled for June 12,2013 at 9:OOam, Rm.
194, 420 Jackson St. A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a
separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special
assessment on your property tax bill. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at(920)236-5137 to verify compliance
to avoid additional fees or enforcement action.

specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from
the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax
bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 4/26/12. If it is found that you
are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
