Repair or replace the damaged overhead garage door. Replace the broken window pane in the middle overhead garage door. Install siding or other exterior rated finish material on the unfinished section of the house located by the ramp on the North side of the property. Paint or wrap the wood trim boards to protect them from decay. Summarv A court date for allowing continued code violations on your property has been scheduled for June 12, 2013 at 9:OOam, Rm. 194, 420 Jackson St. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
