Description Prohibited signs include those signs on a parked vehicle or trailer where the purpose is to advertise a product or direct prople
to a business located on the same or nearby property. The trailer must be removed from the property.
Item# 2 Code 30-17(A) Complies No Comply By01/06/2012
Description Junk yards are not a permitted use in the R-1 Single Family Residence District. All debris and other material must be removed
from the property.

Description On all residential and non-residential premises in the City, any junk, debris or condition, including, but not limited to:wood,
concrete rubble, cinder block or other building materials, scrap metal, household garbage or refuse not properly contained,
machinery or parts thereof, refrigerators, stoves, or other appliances,water heaters, mattresses, bedsprings or other fumiture
not intended for exterior use or any other unsightly conditions as may tend to depreciate property values in the area or create a
nuisance, hazard or eyesore, shall not be allowed on any property by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same.

Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 1/6/2012
