Item# 1 _ Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 11/20/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. **Please remove the pile of wood and yard waste that is beside the fence. If any firewood is to remain on the property, it must be stacked according to the Oshkosh Firewood Storage Code,as detailed in item#2."" Item# 2 Code 17-36C Complies No , Comply By 11/20/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All firewood shall be stacked neatly and in stable condition at least 12 inches to 18 inches above grade and no closer than one (1)foot to any lot line and no higher than five(5)feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. No person shall permit the infestation of mice, rats, other rodents or insects in, under or near the stack. No person shall allow any brush, debris or refuse from the processing of firewood to remain anywhere on the property. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after Nov 20,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
