Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure, residential and non-residential, shall be maintained by the owner,
occupant or person authorized to use same, in good repair and all exterior surfaces free from crumbling stone or brick,
excessive chipped, peeling, or lack of paint, missing, broken or deteriorating steps, conditions reflective of deterioration and/or
inadequate maintenance or as may tend to depreciate property values in the area or create a nuisance or hazard.

Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. If compliance cannot be met by due dates,a schedule with dates must be submitted before the first due date and
approved by this office.The schedule must be met in order for it to be valid.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/21/2013
