If you have any questions regarding the requirements of this notice contact me immediately at 236-5054. � Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 09/27/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. '"Dispose of the television set and other debris that is scattered around the property.** Item# 2 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 09/27/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited. **Move the trailer fully onto the driveway. The boat and AN must be within designatsd parking spaces or storeed in the garage.*' Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after September 27, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of $50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
