Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 11/OS/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shail allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Unlicensed, non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. **Please clean up all the debris that is in and around the driveway. Any wood that is to remain must be stacked according to the requirements of item#2.*" Item# 2 Code 17-36C Complies No Comply By 11/OS/2013 IMMEDIATELY ; Description All firewood shall be stacked neatly and in stable condition at least 12 inches to 18 inches above grade and no closer than one ; (1)foot to any lot line and no higher than five (5)feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. No person shall permit the infestation of mice, rats, other rodents or insects in, under or near the stack. No person shall allow any brush,debris or refuse from the processing of � firewood to remain anywhere on the property. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after Nov 8,2013. If it is found that you are stiil not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
