Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on Oct 29,2013
to determine the status of the corrections. While some of the violations had been corrected,the following
uncorrected/re-occurring violations were noted. If you have any questions about the requirements of this notice, please

Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 11/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
"*Remove and properly dispose of or store all the debris, including the tires, cabineUlocker, boards and other stored items. If
any of these items are to remain,they must be stored in the garage or indoors elsewhere, completely out of public sight."*
Item# 2 Code 17-44A Complies Yes Comply By 10/25/2013
Description The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass in excess of eight inches in length,dandelions,and weeds, and
other like vegetative growth in excess of eight inches in height, upon said land.
*"Mow and trim all areas of tall grass and weeds on both sides of the fence and beside the garage.**

Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after Nov 6,2013. If it is found that you are still
not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Complianee Date of 11/6/2013
