Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Item# 1 Code 17-366&30-36a(4) Complies No Comply By 10/29/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description Unlicensed, non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or
stored inside out of public view.
All vehicles shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying
current license plates.
"*The SUV in front of the garage(461 RNV1n registered to Chao Lee expired in Dec 2012. It must be rendered safe and
operable and properly registered, displaying current plates or stored in the garage."*

Description Use or storing upholstered furniture/furniture not intended for exterior use on open porches or lawns is prohibited.
*`Please remove the furniture items from the front porch. Such items must be stored indoors or disposed of properly."'
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after Oct 29,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/29/2013
