Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste.
*'The debris, blocks and yard waste behind and around the garage must be cleaned up and disposed of properly or stored
indoors.'"

Description Animai feces shall be properly disposed of by wrapping in paper and then placing it in a suitable
plastic disposable bag not less than two(2) mil thickness. No more than twenty-five(25)pounds of
animal waste shall be placed in a bag.
*"All animal feces shall be cleaned up in accordance with the requirements of this code.This must be done on a regular basis*'
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this o�ce on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property wilf
be re-inspected after Oct 4,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and
the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/4/2013
