introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order,an inspection was made on August 12,
2013 to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted:

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
Item# 2 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 08/19/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
`"Please remove all the debris from beside the fence in the back yard and the carpet rolls on the back porch.*"
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the
City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your
property tax bill. In addition,this property is being referred to the streets department for cutting. You will be billed accordingly.
The violation in item#2 must also be corrected by the compliance date to avoid subsequent service fees and/or citations.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the otto of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/19/2013 � 3

Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint.

compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after August 9,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
