Introduction A review of your property file after a concern brought up by you regarding HVAC supply duct under the bathroom cabinet
revealed Final Inspections have not been conducted or approved for occupancy. Building and Plumbing inspections were
requested and approved, however HVAC and Electrical were not requested or approved.

Item# 2 Code DSPS 323.08 Complies No Comply By 11/06/2013
Description Ductwork shall be installed per this code section. It has been noted that the supply duct terminates at the floor below the
bathroom vanity. A metal duct extension shall be provided to have the duct terminate at the grill in the toekick at the base of
the cabinet unless an under floor plenum was used as designed by code.
Summarv Please correct the above violations and request a re-inspection within the next 5 days. If you have questions feel free to

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/6/2013
