Introduction While conducting a routine neighborhood inspection it was noted that construction has commenced without obtaining the
required building permit.

Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built,enlarged, altered, or demolished within the City uniess a
permit is obtained. There is no permit on record for a new driveway or roofing at this address.
Summarv The permit must be applied for within the next 10 days to avoid citations. Because the work has already begun,a late fee of
$100 or double the permit fee(whicherver is greater)will ba assessed at permit issuance. Permit issuance hours are
Monday-Friday 7:30-4:30pm. If you have questions feel free to contact me at 236-5274.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/28/2013
