Item# 1 Code 17-36A Complies No Camply By 10/26/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure, residential and non-residential,shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same, in good repair and alt exterior surfaces free from crumbling stone or brick, excessive chipped,peeling, or lack of paint, missing, broken or deteriorating steps,conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance or as may tend to depreciate property values in the area or create a nuisance or hazard *`The condition of the garage roof is in violation of this code. Please have it re-roofed by the compliance date. A permit will be required for re-roofing.*• Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.
