The violations mentioned in items#1 and#3 have since been corrected. However, re-inspections on Oct 1 st,4th and 7th revealed that the violations listed in item#2 are re-occurring and remain uncorrected. Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies Yes Comply By 10/01/2013 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. **Remove the television from the porch,the wooden items and furniture pieces from beide the house and all other debris around the property."
