Introduction Mr. Krahn-A Correction Notice sent on Sept 24 detailed three violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code. The violations
mentioned in items#1 and#3 have since been corrected. However, re-inspections on Oct 1 st,4th and 7th revealed that the
violations listed in item#2 are re-occurring and remain uncorrected.
Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies Yes Comply By 10/01/2013
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
**Remove the television from the porch,the wooden items and furniture pieces from beide the house and all other debris
around the property."
Item# 2 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 10/16/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited.
*"The white car(628-NTJ)and white truck(JA4313)are in violation of this code. Please move both vehicles fully into the
driveway. All vehicles must be kept within designated parking spaces.**

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. Solid waste and containers shall not be stored in the following locations: 1) On any side of a
building that faces a public right-of-way. 2) On, under,or alongside of a front porch, stoop, landing, accessible ramp, or deck
fronting on the public right-of-way. 3)Within 15 feet of the public right-of-way.
**Move all garbage, recyclables and containers to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk."'
Summarv Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not
contact this office to verify compliance a re-inspection will be conducted after Oct 16, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in
compliance you will be issued citations of$232.00 per vehicle and the violations will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/16/2013

Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after Oct 1,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and
the violation will still be required to be corrected.
