Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 10/20/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. *"Please remove and properly dispose of the yard waste, pallets and any other debris beside the building.*'' Item# 2 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 10/20/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited. "The van and the trailer are in violation of this code. Please move them to a designated parking area."` Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after Oct 20, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
