Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which

Item# 1 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No Comply By O6/22/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner,occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. "*Paint areas where paint
is chipping/peeling (soffit/fascia). The dog kennel framing is rotting or deteriorating. The kennel is also built into the
sideyard setback. The dog kennel is required to be taken down and removed from the property. Any Damage done to the
siding on the garage from removing the dog kennel shall also be repaired.
Item# 2 Code MUN 17-366 Complies No Comply By O6/22/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. The birch tree in the side yard has sections of dead branches and looks to be in poor
condition. The bark at the base of the tree is deteriorated. The tree should be removed.
Summarv As of 4/18/2013 there have been no repairs completed or scheduled. This is the Final Notice regarding the required repairs. If
the repairs are not scheduled for completion on or before April 30, 2013 the City will be pursuing an Abatement Order to
correct the violations and bill accordingly for services.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and retum it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/22/2012 FINAL NOTICE
