Item# 1 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No Comply By 12/23/2011 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Some areas of the soffit &fascia have chipping/peeling paint. Those areas need to be scraped and re-painted or covered with a weather resistant material. Roof and framing on the dog kennel are in poor condition. Kennel is currently built into the setback. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If compliance cannot be met by due dates, a schedule with dates must be submitted before the first due date and approved by this office.The schedule must be met in order for it to be valid. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 12/23/2011 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the dr ss, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
