Item# 1 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No Comply By 05/19/2012 Description The exterior of every structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner in good repair. The fence on the Grand St. side of your parcel is in poor condition and shall be removed or rebuilt. If you plan to rebuild the fence a permit is requied prior to construction. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/19/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting th ess, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
