Item# 1 Code 16-34A(3)(a) Complies No Comply By 06/22/2012 IMMEDIATELY_ _ Description Every outlet and fixture shall be properly installed and shall be maintained in a good and safe working condition and shall be connected to the source of the electric power in a safe manner. Instal a cover for the outlet by the deck. Item# 2 Code MUN 16-35A(1)(a) Complies No Comply By 07/15/2012 Description Every floor,floor covering,wall, ceiling, kitchen counters&tops,cupboards&exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. Stove needs to be cleaned under the burners and under the broiler drawer. Door on the stove is missing an arm. Repair/ replace the storm door. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/15/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the ad ss, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
