Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 08/27/2013 Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. **Remove the items that are being stored in the driveway or store them inside. Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 08/27/2013 Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public ' nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. `*At inspection a vehicle was found parked in ' the driveway without the required license plate. Store the vehicle in the garage or display a current plate. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property willl be re-inspected after 8/27/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
