PURPOSE: CANCEL DECEMBER 24, 2013 COUNCIL MEETING
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH PERTAINING TO REGULAR
COUNCIL MEETINGS.
WHEREAS, Sec. 2-10, of the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code, provides that the
regular meetings of the Common Council shall take place on the second and fourth
Tuesdays of each month, and that in December 2013, the second monthly Council meeting
would occur on December 24;
NOW, THEREFORE, The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the regular meeting of the Oshkosh Common Council
scheduled for December 24, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. is cancelled.
SECTION 2. Publication Notice.
Please take notice that the City of Oshkosh enacted Ordinance #12-XXX CANCEL
DECEMBER 24, 2013 COUNCIL MEETING on November 12, 2013. The full text of the
