Item# 1 Code 17-33C Complies No Comply By 05/12/2013 Description Stagnant water is considered a nuisance. *"There are several large potholes in the gravel driveway where water is collecting. Bring in additional gravel to fill in the pothole areas so water does not pool. Item# 2 Code 17-36A _ Complies No Comply By 05/12/2013 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. ""Wood trim around the windows is rotting away. Paint is chipping and peeling off of the wood trim. Replace rotted wood sections and paint the trim or wrap with an exterior rated material. Paint is chipping/flaking off of the exterior of the building as well. Item# 3 Code 16-35A(1)(c) _ Complies Comply By 05/12/2013 Description All windows in rental dwellings shall be capable of being opened and closed easily and remain open without the use of props. Windows shall be free of chipped, peeling paint, loose or missing glazing compound, broken panes of glass and be weather tight.*"Broken window panes were found along the driveway. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you are unable to make the necessary repairs by the listed compliance date(s), please submit a schedule of corrections to be made, along with competion dates.
