Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 09/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. Remove all the yard waste,wood, boxes and building materials from the yard. Remove the debris behind the garage.*' Item# 2 Code 17-44A Complies No Comply By 09/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass in excess of eight inches in length,dandelions, and weeds, and other like vegetative growth in excess of eight inches in height, upon said land. `"Once the debris mentioned in item#1 has been removed, please mow and trim all areas of tall grass and weeds.** Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after September 6,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of $50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/6/2013 Office hours are Mo ay through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request ine at 23 1 8 ting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
