Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 08/29/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. **Remove the wood and stored materials from the porches. Remove the tires,tarp, bucket, pallet,wood, bottles and cans,and all other debris from the yard.*' Item# 2 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No _ Comply By 08/29/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited. *"The trailer and the white truck(882-UU�are in violation of this code. The gray shown is not displaying current license plates as required by this code. Please have the car properly registered and displaying current plates by the compliance date or stored elsewhere,out of public view. Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this o�ce to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after August 29,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of $50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
