Introduction An inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If plumbing work has been done at

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.

Description No person shall perform or permit the performance of any plumbing work, as defined by state statute or regulation adopted by
reference as a part of this Code, unless a permit therefor shall first have been obtained as hereinafter provided.
**There is no current permit on record for plumbing work at this address. Please be advised that per Municipal Code 7-17 the
permit fee will be$100 plus the permit fee amount or double the permit fee(whichever is greater) if work commenced prior to
the issuance of the required building permit.**

Description No person may engage in or work at plumbing in the state unless licensed to do so by the department.This shall not apply to
plumbing work done by a property owner in a one-family building owned and occupied by him or her.
*'As this is a rental property that is not owner occupied,the plumbing permit must be applied for by a licensed plumber by the
compliance date."*
Summarv It is the responsibility of every prope►ty owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after September 23,2013. If it is found that
you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/23/2013
