Introduction An inspection of your property foilowing a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of this

Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 09/22/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste.
""Remove all of the debris,wood,fencing, stored items and yard waste, as shown in the attached photos. Wood must be
stacked according to the code in item#2. The item(s)under the tarp must also be removed. All vehicles and trailers must :
remain within designated parking spaces. Open fires are not permitted. Burning must be in commercially made fireplaces
only.*"
Item# 2 Code 17-36C Complies No Comply By 09/22/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description All firewood shall be stacked neatly and in stable condition at least 12 inches to 18 inches above grade and no closer than one
(1)foot to any lot line and no higher than five(5)feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be
stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. No person shall permit the infestation of mice, rats,
other rodents or insects in, under or near the stack. No person shall allow any brush, debris or refuse from the processing of
firewood to remain anywhere on the property.
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after September 22, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of
$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/22/2013
Office hours are Mo ay through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236 ting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
