Item# 1 Code 17-36B&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 09/25/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces,except in the driveways of single-family and finro-family dwellings. Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4) Complies No Comply By 09/25/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description The parking of vehicles and/or recreational vehicles and trailers for sale on lawns not designated for parking is prohibited. "*Please move the vehicle to the driveway or garage."" Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after Sept 25. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
