violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.
Item# 1 Code 16-35A(1)(c) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2013
Description All windows shall be maintained in good repair and in a weathertight condition.
**The bedroom window does not appear to close and latch properly. Please have this window repaired by or before the
compliance date and contact this office to verify compliance."*
Item# 2 Code 16-35A(1)(a) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description Every floor,floor covering,wall,ceiling, kitchen counters&tops, cupboards&exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair.
"`The carpeting between the kitchen and the dining area appears to be coming loose and is currently being secured by duct
tape. Please repair the carpeting so that it is properly secure by or before the compliance date and contact this office to verify
compliance.""
