Description No owner, agent or occupant shall aliow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properiy
stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk.-All furniture,
matresses,tires,and loose garbage shall be removed from the premises.

Description The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass in excess of eight inches in length,dandelions, and weeds, and .
other like vegetative growth in excess of eight inches in height, upon said land.

Holes in and damage to walls, ceilings and floors shall be repaired,cupboard doors were missing(on the floor).

Description Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean, safe&code compliant condition that part of the dwelling unit or
yard he occupies and controls. The infestation of insects is exacerbated by the presence of waste, refuse,debris,dirty dishes,
etc.

Description All dwelling units,vacant or occupied, shall be provided with working,approved smoke detectors one each in the basement
first and second floors. Common area smoke detectors(basements)are the sole responsibility of the property owner.The
owner shall replace batteries once per year or at the beginning of new tenancies.Written responsibilities shall be given to the
occupants concerning smoke detectors. Smoke detectors not working and/or lacking batteries. None in the basement. Carbon
monoxide detectors shall be installed per code.

equipment shall be notified in writing to remove or cause to be removed or make any changes or repairs determined by the
Electrical Inspector. Failure to comply can result is the disconnection of the electrical service. Covers missing on outlets and
switches. Open light sockets in the basement. :

Description Cracked/damaged/leaking fixtures or other plumbing conditions,which create un-sanitary conditions or unusable fixtures, shall
be replaced/repaired by a licensed plumber with permit. 1 st floor bathtub does not drain and the shower surround is cracked.
2nd floor dishwasher is leaking into the unit below.

Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects, rodents or other pests whenever infestation occurs in more
than one dwelling unit in a dwelling, or in shared of public parts of a dwelling of finro or more units or in any vacant unit.

Item# 14 Code SPS 382.40(5) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2013
Description The discharge pipe serving a water heater relief valve shall be installed to drain by gravity flow to a floor served by a floor drain
or to a receptor in accordance with s. Comm 82.33.The outlet of the discharge pipe shall terminate within 6"over the floor or
receptor, but not less than a distance equal to twice the diameter of the outlet pipe.The outlet of the discharge pipe may not be
threaded.
