Item# 1 Code MC 17-36(B) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2013 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage 8 debris. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk.The materials stored on the north side of the garage shall be stored out of sight and/or removed. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
