Item# 1 Code MC 16-35A(1)(a) Complies No Comply By 11/06/2013 Description Every floor,floor covering,wall, ceiling, kitchen counters&tops, cupboards&exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. Repair or replace the damaged flooring in multiple locations. Repair plaster in stairwell. Install a bottom in the kitchen cabinet (drywall, plywood, etc.) Item# 2 Code MC 16-35A(3) Complies No Comply By 11/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Cracked/damaged/leaking fixtures or other plumbing conditions,which create un-sanitary conditions or unusable fixtures, shall be replaced/repaired by a licensed plumber with permit. Toilet clogged,waste-drain and vent to be repaired by a licensed plumber Item# 3 Code MC 16-37A(5) Complies No Comply By 11/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects, rodents or other pests whenever infestation occurs in more than one dwelling unit in a dwelling, or in shared of public parts of a dwelling of two or more units or in any vacant unit. There are numerous areas where mice can get into the crawlspace and then the dwelling unit. Eliminate the mice and seal up any areas where they may be getting in. ; Item# 4 Code MC 16-34A(3)(a) Complies No Comply By 11/O6/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Every outlet and fixture shall be properly installed and shall be maintained in a good and safe working condition and shall be connected to the source of the electric power in a safe manner. All switches and outlets are required to have cover plates. Contact an electrician to replace the damaged receptacle and remove the improper wiring to the electrical panel.
