Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Item# 1 Code 17-366&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 08/02/2013
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. **All vehicles and trailers are requried to be parked/
stored in the driveway or garage. Move all vehicles and trailers off of the grass and to the driveway or garage.
Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(iii) Complies No Comply By 08/02/2013
Description Vehicles and/or equipment not normally associated with a residential use specifically prohibited form being parked or stored
outdoors on residential property include, but are not limited to: construction equipment such as bulldozers, skid steers,and
fork lifts,dump and stake style trucks, landscaping business equipment such as tractors,tree spades and graders. **The
dump truck, bobcat&job trailer cannot be parked on site. Please remove them from the premises.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from
the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax
bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 8/2/13. If it is found that you
are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/2/2013
