Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Comply By 06/12/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the Ciry at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. Item# 2 Code 17-33C Complies No Comply By 06/12/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Stagnant water is considered to be a public nuisance. "The complaint that was filed stated that there is a hot tub on the property that has not been maintained and the water is now producing foul odors. Drain the hot tub of any stagnant water. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 6/12/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/12/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address e it number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
