Introduction While conducting a final inspection the following violations were noted.

Description Openings through which conductors enter shall be effectively ciosed.

of every outlet box,junction box,cabinet,or fitting.

Description Code compliant exits are required off the front and side doors of the house. This is to include compliant footings, landings,
handrails, guardrails,treads and risers, etc.
Code compliant steps are also required to the basement. Verify tread widths and riser heights.

Description A register cover is required for the kitchen vent under the cabinet. Ductwork is required to be connected to the space to bring
the duct out to the toe kick of the cabinet(the underfloor space of the cabinet can not be used as a duct).

Description All siding is required to be installed by November 1 st as outlined in your letter that we agreed upon. In addition all soffit and
fascia openings are required to be sealed to prevent rodents from entering. Failure to comply will result in citations and ;

Description An occupancy permit is required prior to occupancy of this structure. It was noted at the inspection that this structure is being
rented out without final approvals and an occupancy permit.
Summarv Please correct the above violations and request a re-inspection within the next 30 days. Office hours are Monday-Friday

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/10/2013
