Vehicle storage is not a permitted use at this property. See attached photos. Item# 1 Code 30-36(A)(4)(b) Complies No Comply By 10/16/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Off-street parking facilities shall not be used for outdoor product storage including but not limited to the storage of vehicles. Also, parking facilities shall not be used for any other use except customer and employee vehicle parking, unless such use is approved through a planned development review. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this o�ce on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
