Item# 1 Code 17-366&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 09/22/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 10/13/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered,displaying current license plates. **The car shown in the attached photos is not street legal and is not displaying current license plates as required by this code. Please move it off the grass and store in the garage or elsewhere,out of public view.** Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the prope�ty. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after September 22,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of $50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
