In compliance with the code(s)mentioned in item#1, please mow the tall grass in the terrace. Please take care not to blow or rake the cut grass into the street. Upon completion of the construction work adjacent to your property,the city provided instructions on the proper care of the newly planted grass seed. Please follow these instructions to help control weed growth. Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Comply By 09/25/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as . specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after September 25. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/25/2013 Office hours are Mo day through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Reques line 23 28 oting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what ne ds to be inspected.
