Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Comply By 09/11/2013 Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. *"Cut and maintain all grass and weeds on the property. Item# 2 Code MUN 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 09/11/2013 Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings."*Trailer found parked in the yard. The gravel parking area needs to be maintained free of grass/weeds in order to remain a legal nonconforming parking area. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 9/11/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. �olations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item.
