Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 09/27/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.

Item# 2 Code 23-8A Complies No Comply By 09/27/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. Solid waste and containers shall not be stored in the following locations; 1)On any side of a
building that faces a public right-of-way.2)On, under,or alongside of a front porch, stoop, landing,accessible ramp,or deck
fronting on the public right-of-way. 3)Within 15 feet of the public right-of-way.
*"Move all garbage, recyclables and containers to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk.**
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after September 27,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of
$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/27/2013
Office hours are Mo day through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 23 =5128 oting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
